  • Conducted an in-depth market opportunity analysis, estimating the Total Addressable Market (TAM) and identifying priority investor segments. Identified demand drivers such as increasing appetite for alternative assets, regional capital mobility, and digital-first wealth channels.
  • Executed an in-depth competitive landscape analysis across universal banks, independent asset managers, investment banks and private to identify key competitors and potential collaborators across the wealth management value chain.
  • Developed go to market strategies to target MENA region and beyond, emphasizing a comprehensive technology infrastructure and talent acquisition strategy focused primarily on bankers. 

Financial Modelling & Strategy

  • Developed a comprehensive 5-year business plan, including detailed annual and monthly financial forecasts (P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet).
  • Developed a compelling narrative on fund deployment, pipeline strength, and return generation potential to build investor confidence.
  • Developed a comprehensive DCF valuation model and Gordon growth model incorporating revenue, cost, and growth assumptions to determine implied equity percentages for the first funding round and assess 5-year exit potential.
